Introduction

Last Updated: February 06, 2026. Thank you for choosing Crew Support LLC (“Crew Support,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide such as name, email, phone number, mailing address, account credentials, professional aviation data including licenses, certifications, work history, availability, qualifications, and operational preferences. Payment information is handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device type, usage data, and approximate location.

2. Platform Matching and Proximity Data (CrewSync)

The Services may include automated systems such as the CrewSync Proximity Network to help identify potential connections based on location, availability, qualifications, preferences, or platform activity. These tools are informational and algorithmic. Crew Support does not guarantee suitability, safety, availability, performance, or endorsement of any user. Location data used is general proximity unless additional permissions are explicitly enabled.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services, enable platform features, facilitate connections, improve user experience, provide support, analyze usage trends, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with other users for collaboration, service providers for hosting or analytics, during business transfers, for legal compliance, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for security, performance analytics, and improving user experience. Cookie preferences can be controlled through browser settings.

6. Social Login Data

If you register using social login providers, we receive limited data permitted by those platforms. We are not responsible for how third parties process your data.

7. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. Reasonable safeguards are used during transfers.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

9. Minors

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent regarding your data. Requests may be submitted to support@crewsupport.net.

11. Do Not Track

Because there is no consistent industry standard, we currently do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals.

12. California Privacy Rights

14. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by a revised Last Updated date.
